Horizan Europe

Horizon Europe is the European Union's largest framework program supporting research and innovation, covering the period 2021-2027. The aim of the program is to promote scientific excellence, create solutions to global challenges and increase Europe's competitiveness.

Within the scope of Horizon Europe, universities, research institutions, SMEs, large companies and public institutions can receive financial support for their innovative projects. The program supports projects in different fields: advanced technology and digitalization, health, climate change and environment, energy and transportation, social sciences and cultural innovation, to name a few.

Support is generally provided in the form of grants and financial contributions and covers the research, development and implementation phases of the projects. Applications are evaluated according to criteria set by the European Commission; The competence, innovative approach, social impact and applicability of the project team are prioritized.
